Obituary of Arlie Leroy Sands

Mr. Arlie Leroy Sands, age 63 of Alcoa, passed away Friday November 4, 2016 at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville. He was preceded in death by his parents: Cecil and Susie Sands. And three sisters: Marie Runyan, Mary and Betty Sands. He is survived by his son: Charles Sands. Two brothers: David Sands, Sr. and Jimmy Sands. One sister: Debbie Sands Coward. Four grandchildren: Eliza and Oakley Needham, Abigail Sands and Charles Wesley Sands, Jr. And a host of nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with expenses.
